Buyer's Agents vs. Listing Agents
In Real Estate there are Listing Agents who represent the Seller and Buyer's Agents who represent the Buyer. We are basically Buyer's Agents and will represent your best interests in all matters in any transaction. You can go to Lake Chapala MLS Search and view all properties listed for sale in the Lake Chapala area. If you see a property that is of interest it is always best to contact a Buyer's Agent to avoid any conflict of interest from the Listing Agent.
